If for any reason you are not happy, please do not open your package and email our Customer Service Manager, Susan Curry at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be provided with a return authorization form and a return address.
Any unopened package may be returned within 15 days of receiving your purchase for a refund. Receipt of purchase must be included, and only full price items may be returned. A refund will be issued via the original form of payment, less any shipping charges. Restrictions apply for returns made outside the U.S.
Returns are only offered for products purchased through the AHDORNED online store at www.AHDORNED.com. For purchases of AHDORNED products sold at retail stores, please contact that store for their specific return policy.
We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Unfortunately, if your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of the lost merchandise.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
