Our Return Policy

Returns are only offered for products purchased through the AHDORNED online store at www.AHDORNED.com. For purchases of AHDORNED products sold at retail stores, please contact that store for their specific return policy.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please use , our chat feature or email our Customer Service team at support@ahdorned.com. You will be provided with the steps to complete your return.

Any unused, undamaged merchandise with tags and original packaging from Ahdorned.com, may be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund. Only full price items may be returned. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Restrictions apply for returns made outside the U.S.

The US Postal Service (USPS) offers a service they call "USPS Package Intercept" that you can use to make any changes to your delivery once it has left our warehouse!  Visit their link here. If your return package is lost once it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of the lost merchandise.
