You can sign up on our website or a pop-up window when you first get to our website.

How do I subscribe to SMS marketing from Ahdorned?

You can sign up for SMS using the pop up on our website.

Does Ahdorned Offer Discounts?

Anyone who signs up for email or SMS marketing will receive a  discount code off their first order.

Payment Options

Can I Use Apple Pay or Samsung Pay?

We don’t offer these payment options at this time.  The forms of payments we do offer are Shop Pay, Paypal, G pay, Meta pay, Venmo, and any Major Credit Card.

Can I buy Gift Cards?

Yes, check out our giftcard page.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

Only when you are using a giftcard.

Shipping & Returns

What countries does Ahdorned ship to?

We ship internationally using USPS.

What are the typical shipping costs to the U.S.?

Free USPS shipping on retail orders of $100 or more.

If you need expedited shipping, your cost will be calculated at time of checkout.

Do you offer expedited Shipping?

YES! You can choose your shipping method at the time of checkout.

Can I change or cancel and order?

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled.  Please make sure to double check your order before submitting.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Shipping information cannot be updated or changed by ahdorned once the order has been submitted. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order. 

What is Your Return Policy?

Returns are only offered for products purchased through the AHDORNED online store at www.AHDORNED.com. For purchases of AHDORNED products sold at retail stores, please contact that store for their specific return policy.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please use our returns portal, our chat feature or email our Customer Service team at support@ahdorned.com. You will be provided with the steps to complete your return.

All merchandise purchased at full retail price is eligible for a full refund, less any shipping charges.  

Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and original packaging. Any items that are returned not complete, including missing straps will not be accepted for a refund.

It must be returned within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Restrictions apply for returns made outside the U.S.

Items purchased as Final Sale are final and not available for return.

Can I return a bag through your website if I bought it at a boutique, store, or other website?

We can only accept returns on items that were bought online through www.ahdorned.com. We cannot accept items that were bought at any boutiques or websites that sell our bags.

If you have any issues with an item purchased from a boutique, or website other than www.ahdorned.com,  you will need to contact them directly for resolution.

Wholesale Information

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes, for approved wholesale customers.  If you'd like to become a Wholesale Member, please sign up on Faire here.

What is the minimum for wholesale orders?

For an initial order there is a 12 piece minimum.  Reorders are a 6 piece minimum.

Can I Create an account to track previous purchases?

Once you sign up on Faire, you will be able to track your purchases in the account you create.
